"Customer service is very poor.People do not know talking with a smile with customers.Perhaps they are too busy to smile.
Once my room could not be opened with the lock card and the customer service made me to run to them 3 times without making sure that the lock is properly programmed.
However the silverlining in the dark is the housing keeping.Eventhough I have not seen any of them, still they looked to be more organized and caring.
With the location and facilities, this hotel can be a very good one if there is dramatic improvement in the approach of the customer service and front desk."
